I had upper central abdomen pain for 5 days, but now that is gone. i had an ultrasound that showed thickening of my gallbladder wall. any ideas?

Gall bladder: The thickening of the wall may be due to chronic inflammation and there could be sludge in the gall bladder which won't show up on ultrasound. If fatty or greasy foods bring on symptoms in the future,I recommend having a consultation with an abdominal surgeon. Is there a family history of gall bladder problems?
