Ct of abdomen and us of gallbladder both normal. but still have cramping and vomiting for a week. what could this be? what next?

No test has: 100% sensitivity for detecting abnormalities. CT and other imaging studies are good at detecting many things, but may not visualize processes that do not cause masses or other focal abnormalities, for example functional abnormalities or low grade inflammatory/viral processes.
