Cramping & numbness: This could be a number of things...most importantly is that you be seen by your provider for an exam, lab tests and so a proper diagnosis can be made. Numbness can be indicative of nerve injury and the most common cause of cramping is dehydration. Stay hydrated, eat healthy fruits and vegetables and do daily stretching!
