Chikungunya: I don't know if you would have the appropriate exposure history - but chikunguyna comes to mind. It's possible to get infected with this by a mosquito - then have prolonged joint/bone pains. Best to see a doctor about this... http://www.cdc.gov/chikungunya/symptoms/index.html
