No and yes.: Muscle pain (mylagia) is common, true bone pain less so. Viral infections are the most common causes of pleurisy or inflammation of the lining of the lungs, which causes sharp chest pain which is aggravated by deep breathing and coughing. Patients often notice shortness of breath, in part due to their shallow breathing to minimize chest pain.

Shortness of breath: Viral infections can cause joint and muscle aches but you seem to be describing something entirely different. Bone pain, into and of itself, is a separate entity. The shortness of breath could be a viral infection in the lungs but it sounds like you need to see a doctor asap.
