See your dentist: Guesses regarding post surgical infection are a bad idea. Clindamycin is an antibiotic which will bind to bone and is excellent for dental infections, BUT. Your dental surgeon needs to evaluate this immediately

Culture, IV abx: depending on the type of graft used and the nature of the revision, if a bone infection is suspecte, it will be important to get bone cultures. Based on this, the appropriate extended IV antibiotic therapy can be determined. If an artificial material is used (eg metal plate) and is infected, it should be removed.
