When after cataract surgery before you can see how corrected your vision is?

It depends: Everyone heals a bit differently and not every cataract is the same. Most cataract patients see very well by 1 week after their surgery. Your vision should be fully healed by 3-4 weeks after uncomplicated cataract surgery.

Depends. : I have seen patients with uncomplicated cataract surgery who are visually recovered by the next day. I know of cataract surgeons who give their patients clear shields or even no shields. Vision can be great, but a harder than normal lens, pre-existing eye disease, and surgery complications can result in more prolonged recovery from cataract surgery. As for glasses, it is usually a month or so.
