Not a good idea: Eating anything that is meant to be cooked raw increases chances of infection as if such agents were present they would not be killed without cooking. Rice absorbs fluid and if you eat too much raw rice you can get stomach discomfort as the rice expands in size when it is submitted to fluid contents of your intestinal area and fluid that you drink. Eating raw rice is a bad idea.
