Not likely...: Raw rice is not dangerous and should not have any effect on your menstrual cycle. Eating a large amount, may cause some abdominal pain or distention due to the large amount of water that rice can absorb. Also, raw rice is a food that someone with PICA may crave - you may wish to see your physician to ensure that you are not anemic or deficient in any nutrients that are leading to your habit.
