Im ttc for the first baby for 3months and im 33yrs old. is it safe to take prenatal vitamins without doctors prescription? currently im in 7dpo and im taking my womens multivitamin, skin,hair,nail vitamins,collagen with fish oil. is safe?

It is recommended that you take prenatal vitamins when trying to get pregnant. It would be good for you to establish a relation with an obstetrician for advice about conception, antenatal and prenatal care.
