Talk to your doctor: most women have small amount of fluid in the cul-de-sac and you don't need to worry about it. The anterior cul-de-sac is the space between your bladder and your uterus, the posterior cul-de-sac is the space between your uterus and your rectum. Talk to the doctor who orders the test for more information.
