No: You'd be amazed how difficult it is to injure the abdominal organs through the abdominal wall. Discomfort's to be expected if you push on the large intestine. But even people without cast-iron guts can take kicks like this as part of a sport. In the absence of serious underlying pathology, damage just doesn't occur, and if it had, you'd know by now. We're tougher than we're told. Best wishes.
