See below. : Do nothing till you get the radiology report, then discuss results with your pcp. To guess the findings without seeing the study would be a grave mistake. "Black hole" would normally be felt to be cysts (or cystic) or blood vessles on end, but the size and number will need to be evaluated by the radiologist to come up with a diagnosis.

Ultrasound: "Black hole" could be anything from a benign cyst to a more serious abnormality. Really need more specific terminology to assess this, maybe re submit question with verbiage from the report.
