My lower right abdomen is uncomfortable. it doesn't hurt but it makes me feel uneasy. i noticed its harder than my lower left abdomen as well.

Wait for evolving sx: Your symptoms could be a variety of things, if it resolves, so be it. But if, over the next day or two, further symptoms arise, such as GI symptoms, nausea, vomiting, fever, diarrhea, worsening pain, then you could have something more serious. Possibilities include: gastroenteritis, appendicitis, less likely other diagnosis. If this happens, call your md for appointment or go to er.
