Im feeling a mild localised pain for 3 days on my upper abdomen right side (near rib cage), i feel pain when i touch it or do certain moves. it doesnt hurt more if i press it or after eating. ultrasound 2 weeks ago was ok. muscle or organ pain?

It is likely due to a superficial cause which can be skin, fascia or muscle, not internal organ. Pain is induced with body movement is likely from the abdominal wall.
