Blood?: Doubt if that's blood.The two would seem unrelated. Best bet is an allergic pharyngitis that responds well to antihistamines. Brain fluid leaks cause a runny nose. A basilar skull fracture could cause auditory symptoms. If the trickling feee;ing continues consider being examined for other signs of a head injury. At this point, I am not alarmed by your symptoms.
