Infection: The symptoms all sound like an infection in your throat. Especially because of the fever. When our bodies have a fever, we are trying to kill germs by cooking them to death to eliminate the cause of the infection. This could be bacterial, or viral, and the only way to determine which is with a culture taken directly from throat, or saliva. See a dr. Soon or it may spread or worsen.

Dentist & ENT: Have you had your wisdom teeth removed? Check with a dentist who may very well refer you to an ear, nose and throat doctor.
