Get help right away!: Sounds like acute tonsillitis. If you can't stay hydrated, you should see a doctor to get an antibiotic and steroids. If you can't open your mouth, you may have an abscess that at need to be drained. Or try a natural remedy, like the sore throat protocol at protocolled.com.
