Lymph nodes: Tammy, every young adult has a couple of palpable lymph nodes. Some folks have a big one here, another there, another somewhere else. The rare malignancy (at your age, Hodgkin's) is obviously abnormal. If your nose is troubling you, your physician can examine you -- again, deviated septum or sinus blockage is much more likely to be the problem. Best wishes.
