I do have allergies and own a cat and dog. for 1 day have had a stiff neck itchy nose a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck and wws creating a lot of spit. is this brcsuse of seasonal allergies?

Your symptoms may be due to allergies however it is difficult to differentiate what type of allergies knowing that you also have cat and dog.
