Viral illness: Probably a viral illness, who's natural course is around two weeks. If there is a secondary bacterial infection in your sinuses, the bacteria may not be sensitive to the antibiotic, although that would be unusual. Try nasal irrigation to see if that helps, and see your regular doctor for a check up. Hope this helps!
