Pediatrics 38 years experience
Part of URI: Lymph node swelling with stuffy nose and sneezing consistent with upper respiratory infection. Not unusual to occur. Follow up if lymph node swelling persists for more than 2 weeks or if she develops additional lymph node swelling.
