Fell down a few weeks ago. now my right foot hurts when i walk sometimes throbs. had an x-ray done and no fractures were seen. pain been getting wor?

Further studies: If the pain is getting worse, it would probably be wise to consider further studies. An xray is easy to take, and will pick up many fractures, but both an MRI and a ct scan are much more sensitive and can pick up things that an xray might "miss".

Foot pain: Stress fractures are very common and show up on xray around 10-14 days after the injury in many patients. A follow up and/or 2nd opinion may help!
