Week ago I broke the pinky toe on the same foot that I had a screw put in for Jones fracture 6 yrs ago. Had x-ray 4 days later worried about screw they said it was fine. Now top of foot red and some swelling but it's more painful to walk every day?

Can I ice skate three weeks after I fractured my ankle? I didn't go to a doctor, but I did get my foot massaged to stop the swelling and I am able to walk three days after. It still cause discomfort if I try walking and there are bruises.
My fifth toe is swollen & red & i cant bend it down or walk on it cause of an injury but x ray doesn't show fracture so what's the problem ?
