Vein on my right forearm is more noticeable in color and i have a rash following it up to my bicept and it itches. female 17. should i be concerned?

Other causes can B from intravenous drug injection into than vein, this includes illegal as well as from IV medicine given to you recently, as in a day or two. Scratching may have come1'st & this caused the area over the vein to make it look different.
