I've had a rash for a couple months but it is only on my forearms. it itches once in a while and when i scratch, it swells and spreads to other spots.

Dermatitis: This may be neurodermatitis or a form of exzema,but a dermatologist is best qualified to diagnose and treat your rash. In the meantime you could try applying a corticosteroid cream which won't be as strong as a prescription type,however.
