Every so often my forearm itches and stings horribly.. nothing i do will releive the itch. there is not a rash that i can see. please help?

Irritated nerve fibe: This represents damage to skin with irritation of small nerves in arm. Rarely there can be referred problem form somewhere else. This can represent loch simplex chronic us which is localized itching. Topical medications or injections of dilute cortisone are helpful in calming area.
