what to do if i have a rash on forearm near wrist that itches so bad it hurts. what is it?

Rash: This is a complex question that needs a detailed history. Briefly if you are wearing a watch or bracelet take it off from that wrist. If both wrists are effected, it can be different things from eczema to scabies. See your doctor first.
