Dyshidrotic Eczema: This is a condition that can be chronic in nature. It usually starts with small white bumps under the skin which can progress to scaling of the skin. The palms, soles, and sides of the fingers are often involved. It can be extremely itchy. Prescription strength cortisone will help alleviate the symptoms.

So I randomly get this weird rash on the top of my hand out of nowhere. Its bumpy and red but the bumps arent that far apart and it only itches for a couple minutes but then the rash goes away in like an hour?
