i have an insect bite on my forearm with 2 dots.it has been a week now.both my arms are itching so badly.i had applied cortisone 10.doesnt seem to work.the rashes are now mild on the face and itches too .also, gets very bad at night.what to do?

Itching: You can try benadryl and colloidal oatmeal soaks. However, can't say what is wrong without assessment.
