Possibly: It is possible you are getting better. A 'pinched' nerve may be due to disc herniation or bony spur, and it can 'settle down' after the initial inflammation resulting in resolution of the pain/numbness in the arm/hand. This is ideal, allowing conservative management. If there is ever any associated weakness in the arm, it is important to see neurologist/neurosurgeon as surgery may be needed.
