Potentially, but: For your age, if otherwise healthy, may be from pressure on nerves at elbow while laying flat. Try changing position, particularly if tend to lie flat on back, or put spare pillow under one arm as test and see if resolves. If not, see neurologist for exam.

Tingling Hands: This is a rare presentation for nerves pinched in the neck. Classically this presentation is seen in carpal tunnel syndrome.

Possibly: It could just be that you are sleeping on the arm and decreasing blood flow to the hand. Otherwise it may be a bulging disc or other structures pressing on exiting nerve roots/spinal cord. Try sleeping on your back with your neck/chin flexed in slightly to lessen pressure. If no improvement, a MRI of the cervical spine will be helpful in understanding the anatomy better.

Yes: See if you positions your head and neck in such a way that the nerves are not pinched. Eat an anti-inflamamtory diet and take anti-inflammatory herbs or medications. Cold directly over the spinal column to decrease swelling of teh nerve and heat on hte sides of the neck, magnesium oil topically, and gentle stretch to decrease the compression of the disc may help.

Family practice : It could be from a bulging cervical disk. It could be carpal tunnel syndrome. Nerve conduction testing would be helpful to determine site of nerve involvement.

Tingling in fingers: A pinch nerve in the cervical spine will cause neck pain with possible pain radiation down to the bilateral upper extremities. Tingling in fingers could be due to several causes. Carpal tunnel syndrome is also taken into consideration.
