No: Antibiotics can cause patient's fever to improve but should not be the cause low temperature fluctuations in toddlers.

Temperature: The antibiotic will clear the infection, which, once it is clearing, the fever he once had will reduce, but the antibiotic should not make him get hypothermic. He is probably normal and it is a fluctuation in his temperature or a poor or inaccurate reading. Besides temperature, make sure your child is behaving normally and responsive to you regardless of his temperature.
