May not be related: Numbness to the face is supplied by cranial nerves that exit the brain directly into the face while PVCs are a cardiac condition which can be a sign an arrhythmia. Numbness of the face that goes away is generally not problematic because if you're having spasms in the neck or face it can sometimes feel like numbness but it's not actually numbness. If this persists you should consider evaluation by A neurologist
