What would typical next steps be if head/neck mri/mrv found unilateral internal jugular vein compression by c1 transverse process? symptoms: intermittent difficulty concentrating; intermittent very mild disequilibrium for 2 years. otherwise normal?

Obtain an evaluation from a neurosurgeon. Unclear that your symptoms correlate with the transverse process, but there may be an indication to surgically intervene.
