Follow up: I would recommend you follow up to be seen directly. Although there are multiple possibilities, one of the more likely findings you are describing is lymphadenopathy, in which the lymph nodes are abnormally seollen often related to an infectious or inflammatory process. You should be seen and fully evaluated for this and other potential causes.
