Will a serious auto immune disease affecting the entire body cause elevated esr & crp ??

Not necessarily : These labs are unreliable in any case, and are only one small part of a work up. The real question is, "How do you feel?" A serious systemic autoimmune disease such as lupus, Wegener's, scleroderma or dermatitis iris has you suffering from obvious physical symptoms.
