A member asked:

Esr is elevated but my ana and crp are normal! does this mean that i don't have an autoimmune disease?

No: Lab data removed from the clinical picture have little meaning. A negative test has relatively little relevance. The ESR is a non-specific measure of intravascular inflammation, as is the CRP but for differing reasons. You should discuss this with your treating doctor, or ask for a rheumatology consultation. Good luck.
