No: Behcet's disease is rare immune-mediated small-vessel systemic vasculitis that often presents with mucous membrane ulceration and ocular problems. CRP and ESR are nonspecific inflammatory markers that may be elevated during an acute attack and likely normal when the disease is inactive. Though ace is somewhat different than CRP and esr, it too may or may not be elevated at any given time.

No: Sed rate is greatly subject to lab error, and is famously non-sensitive and non-specific. If i had clinical signs of behcet's to warrant the diagnosis, i would give no regard to CRP or ace levels. Behcet's is extremely serious and you should not forego aggressive treatment on general labs that are seldom sensitive or specific especially in something as strange as behcet's.
