Possible: Colchicine’s primarily affects the stomach and gut - its effects are diarrhea, as well as nausea and vomiting. Your question is a good one; the recommended dose for gout prophylaxis is 0.6 mg twice daily 12 hours apart. Many different patients respond differently to colchicine - some are very sensitive and experience diarrhea after one or two doses, some can tolerate many.
