Depends!: Mdr is 5 mcg/day. I take 2500 mcg/ day, since it lowers homocysteine, which causes atherogenesis!

Colchicine and B12: Although Colchicine is known to cause vitamin B12 depletion, how much B12 to take to prevent this isn't known. The typical replacement dose for vitamin B12 is 1000 micrograms or 1 mg orally once daily.
