Colchicine: once or twice daily? i have been taking it once daily (1mg) for fmf ever since i can remember but i have read somewhere that it should be given twice daily...could this be the reasons why i'm having a flare up now?

Colchicine in FMF: Might be.. Best bet is to discuss this with your prescribing physician and, perhaps a re-evaluation is in order, especially if it has been a while.
