Fibroid size: The fibroid by ultrasound measurement is a statistically significant change in the rate of growth. If you are having pain, heavy bleeding, frequent urinary frequency/infections, or a uterine size of greater then 12 weeks size, then surgery is a consideration.

Hi doc., I was diagnosed of uterine myoma today measuring 2.90cm3.29cm posterior- intramural and 3.26cm 3.00cm anterior- intramural. How big is this and can it be handled without surgery. The uterus is normal in size, anteverted. Thanks?
