Missed period by 3 days,an ultrasound scan and its says the uterus measures 65*40*50 mm is noted with a central 19mm ap diameter endometrium, no myomas noted, no free fluid in the rectouterine pouch and a normal urinary bladder of 2mm am i pregnant?

"Missed period" ?'s: If you have regular periods (24-32 days apart), missing a period by "three days" will not show a pregnancy on Ultrasound. Gestational sacs will not be reliably visible on U/S until 4ks of pregnancy. Wait a week and get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
