Unlikely: unlikely but the new retainer WILL be tight so watch out for soreness and take some ibuprofen (600mg) when you place it in because your teeth and mouth will be sore

Not a lot: After 10 years your teeth will not shift rapidly, but without retention they will eventually change. Yes, please see your Orthodontist.
