Im almost done with my braces, ive had them for over two years because my mouth is too small. i was wearing my bands class 2 on both sides for about 5-6 months then my orthodontist said to wear the bands on my left side, why is this and is it good?

Because you still require more movement on one side than the other. 4 years (10,000 hours) of Dental School, 2-5 years (minimum of 5,000 hours) specialty residency training, and a lifetime of focused clinical experience. Ask your Orthodontist why, he/she will be happy to explain what's happening.
