Vitamin B def & THC: To the best of our knowledge no research study has established a clear link between any form of vitamin deficiency and smoking marijuana. Some individuals who smoke pot tend to have poor dietary habits and consume more alcohol than they should, which in turn may explain vitamin b deficiency in these individuals.
