Can a low vitamin d level of 20 (normal range 33-100) cause any symptoms such as depression or fatigue? i also have pots syndrome.

Perhaps: I have seen low vitamin D cause fatigue and slow thinking. Usually it's at a level even lower than 20 however anyone with the level of 20 should either take vitamin D3 supplements or get out in the sun. Drinking milk does not help your body's vitamin D level. That said,, my patients with POTS have other reasons for fatigue in general .
