Need b vitamins?: There is no evidence to show that healthy people with a basically good diet need any added vitamins or other dietary supplements. Overall, the supplement industry is a multi-billion dollar industry with no good evidence that it helps anyone significantly. I would save the $$, eat well and exercise regularly.

Vitamins: The b vitamins are all water soluble. Taking a single b complex will probably be safe for you. Whatever your body does not utilize, you will urinate out.
