Good news: POTS, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome , is frustrating to live with. Fortunately, around 80% of people who develop POTS during adolescence will have symptoms resolve after age 20y. One of the treatments I didn't see on your list is salt. Salt will help you retain water to diminish the hypovolemic symptoms. Follow up with physician regularly so new symptoms can be treated as they arise.

Fludrocortisone: I have had 2 patients do well on Fludrocortisone (if on a high salt diet) prescribed by the pediatric cardiologist. Talk with your doctor. Here is a link to the NIH information page: http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/postural_tachycardia_syndrome/postural_tachycardia_syndrome.htm
